Big wishes, bright colors, and a little Marigold magic!

We'll kick things off with approximately one hour of guided art-making, where our instructor leads the birthday crew step-by-step through their masterpiece. Then, brushes down—it’s time to celebrate! The final 30 minutes are yours for cake, treats, birthday wishes, and time with friends.

We’ll bring the art supplies, creative guidance, and a little bit of magic—you bring the birthday crew.

You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks — pizza, carryout, snacks, cake, cupcakes, desserts, or your own party spread.
We do not have refrigerator or freezer storage available, so please plan accordingly. Candles are welcome for birthday cakes + treats.
Make the space feel special for your birthday artist! Your celebration space includes three 6-foot tables in our Creative Cove. Tables are provided bare, so you're welcome to bring tablecloths, centerpieces, balloons, banners, and other decorations.
Decorations may be hung using masking tape, painter’s tape, or regular tape. Please avoid anything that could damage studio walls, furniture, or surfaces.
Kids' Birthday Parties are available Saturdays + Sundays based on studio availability. Dates and times are first come, first served.
Morning: 10:30 AM–12:00 PM
Afternoon: 1:00–2:30 PM
Evening: 3:30–5:00 PM
Dress for Mess: Painting can get messy! We recommend artists wear clothing they can comfortably create in. Aprons are provided, but paint has a funny way of finding its way onto clothing.
Drop-Off Friendly: Our parties are designed to be drop-off friendly, but parents are absolutely welcome to stay! During painting time, we ask adults to give our artists a little room to create so they can hear instructions and stay engaged. Grown-ups are welcome to relax nearby in the Creative Cove, on our front porch, or at the lower patio picnic tables.
Studio Safety: Artists and guests are expected to follow studio rules and instructor guidance throughout the celebration. The Marigold Studio is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
1. SETUP | 20 MINUTES
Arrive up to 20 minutes before your scheduled party to bring in food, decorate, and get everything celebration-ready.
2. PAINT | 1 HOUR
A Marigold Studio instructor will guide your artists through their selected canvas painting from start to finish.
3. CELEBRATE | 30 MINUTES
The studio is yours! Use this time for food, cake, presents, goodie bags, games, group photos, or simply celebrating with friends.
4. WRAP UP + FINAL PAYMENT | 20 MINUTES
After your party, you’ll have 20 minutes to gather personal belongings, leftover food, decorations, and anything you’d like to take home. We’ll handle the studio cleanup from there!
Have decorations or party supplies you were planning to toss? Leave them with us and, when possible, we’ll recycle them into future studio projects. A little Marigold magic for another day!

Big decorating plans? Add an extra 30 minutes before your party to fluff, hang, arrange, and make the space celebration-ready! Your party includes 20 minutes of setup time.
EXTRA PARTY TIME | +30 MINUTES | $25
Want a little more time to celebrate? Add 30 minutes for food, cake, presents, games, or simply hanging out with friends. Extra party time must be reserved when booking and is subject to availability. Additional time cannot be added on the day of your party.

Each artist receives their own pre-sketched canvas, and our instructor will guide the group step-by-step while leaving plenty of room for individual creativity.
Want something made especially for your celebration? A Custom Painting Design can be created for an additional $50.
A $50 deposit is due to reserve your party date and time. Your deposit will be applied toward your final party balance.
Your final headcount and painting selection are due one week before your party so we can prepare pre-sketched canvases and materials.
Your remaining balance will be calculated based on your final number of participating artists, minus your $50 deposit, and is due at the conclusion of your party via the card on file. If you’d prefer another payment method, please let us know before your final payment is charged.
With at least 14 days’ notice, your $50 deposit may be refunded or your party may be rescheduled.
Cancellations made 8–13 days before your party may be rescheduled to another available date, subject to studio availability.
Cancellations made within 7 days of your party are non-refundable.
