$180 for up to 10 students
+ $15 per additional student (up to 24 total)

Bring your class, club, or community group to The Marigold Studio for a colorful, hands-on field trip experience that blends guided art-making with creative play!
Here’s what’s included:
A guided 8x10 canvas painting project, tailored to your group’s age and interests
Color & chat warm-up activity to get creativity flowing
Free play and creative stations following painting time (indoor or outdoor depending on weather)
All materials provided: paint, pre-sketched canvases, brushes, aprons, and cleanup included
Two instructors present for groups over 10 to support safety, engagement, and fun
Perfect for preschool through 8th grade — we adjust the painting theme and play options to fit your group!
Note: This package includes up to 10 students for $180. Each additional student is $15. Chaperones are welcome to attend free of charge (1 per 5 students recommended).

Policy
📜 Field Trip Policies
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the visit, based on your final headcount.
• The $180 base fee includes up to 10 students. Each additional student is $15 (maximum group size: 20).
• We ask for at least one adult chaperone per 5 students. Chaperones are welcome at no cost.
• Please arrive no earlier than 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for setup.
• If your group is running late, please call us. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but field trip time may be shortened.
• Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance to apply your deposit as studio credit toward a future booking. Deposits are non-refundable.
• In case of severe weather (for groups planning outdoor play), we will shift activities indoors or work with you to reschedule.
• We customize each field trip based on age group and any special needs or preferences — just let us know how we can support your students!
