Sibling Discount: Families enrolling more than one child in our after-school art classes receive our sibling tuition rate of $140/month per student.
Simply register each child at the standard tuition rate. We'll take care of applying the sibling discount behind the scenes, and your adjusted tuition will be reflected on your next monthly payment.

A non-refundable annual registration fee is collected with your child's first monthly tuition payment.
All students are enrolled through Sawyer, our secure registration system.

Automatic monthly tuition payments are processed through Sawyer.
Prefer to pay with cash?
No problem! We accept cash payments after enrollment. Your child must first be registered through Sawyer with a payment method saved on file. Once your account is set up, we're happy to process future payments with cash or help arrange advance payments.

New students are welcome to join throughout the school year!
If your child begins after the month has started, tuition will be prorated based on their start date.
- Returned payments are subject to a $25 fee.
- There are no late payment fees. If you're experiencing payment difficulties, please reach out—we're happy to work with you.
- Holiday schedules, weather closures, studio updates, and important announcements are shared with enrolled families via email.
If you need to withdraw from after-school art classes, please provide at least 30 days' written notice by emailing hello@the-marigold-studio.com.
Providing 30 days' notice allows us to coordinate your artist's final class date, make any necessary tuition adjustments, and ensure recurring billing is stopped correctly. If your artist's final class falls partway through a billing cycle, tuition will be prorated accordingly.
