Camp Cancellation Policy

At The Marigold Studio, we understand that life happens and plans can change. To help us prepare thoughtfully and keep our camps running smoothly, please review our cancellation policy below.

Art Camp Cancellations

Cancellations Made 30+ Days Before Camp Start Date
Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the camp start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the camp fee. Refunds are not contingent on filling your spot.

Cancellations Made Less Than 30 Days Before Camp Start Date
Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the camp start date are non-refundable. This policy allows us to staff, plan, and purchase supplies responsibly.

Illness or Extraordinary Circumstances
In the event of a documented illness or extraordinary circumstance, we may offer a partial credit toward a future camp at our discretion. Credits are non-transferable and must be used within one calendar year.

Studio-Initiated Cancellations
If The Marigold Studio must cancel a camp due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, families will receive a full refund or credit for a future program.

Waitlisted Participants
Once a waitlisted spot is accepted and confirmed, the same cancellation terms apply.

Registration Changes

Families may request a change to a different camp session at any time. We’re happy to review all requests and will do our best to accommodate when possible; however, registration changes are not guaranteed and are fully dependent on availability.

Requests made within one week of the camp start date will not be reviewed.

All registration change requests are subject to the same refund and credit policies outlined above.
