After School Art Classes | Cancellation Policy
Class Withdrawals
If you need to withdraw from after-school art classes, please provide at least 30 days' written notice by emailing hello@the-marigold-studio.com.
Providing 30 days' notice allows us to coordinate your artist's final class date, make any necessary tuition adjustments, and ensure recurring billing is stopped correctly. If your artist's final class falls partway through a billing cycle, tuition will be prorated accordingly.
Missed Classes
If your child will miss class, please let us know as soon as possible. If space is available, they may attend a make-up class during the same week. Artists enrolled in Thursday classes may attend a make-up class the following week and attend two classes that week, if space is available.
Refunds or credits are not provided for missed classes.
Studio Cancellations
If The Marigold Studio cancels a class due to severe weather or another emergency, families will be offered either:
A make-up class (when available), or
A studio credit toward a future class or session.
If the studio remains open but your family chooses not to attend due to weather or other personal circumstances, please notify us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate a make-up class if space allows, but make-up classes are not guaranteed.
